HELP! cant open most applications, and antivirus....

so when i log in to the computer, normally, on the right-bottom, click the arrow, it should show my antivirus, but now, everytime i turn on my PC,its gone, and when i try to open it, it has an error.i dont think its the antivirus's problem....wat should i do??????? and i boot into safe mode, same thing..

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the anti-virus just in caes? Have you tried a system restore to back before the problem happened?

i will try reinstalling the antivirus,, and i tried the system restore already..
