i have a computersite with 17 computer. all of them have windows 7. i install netsupport for admin and tech , but when i want connet to other pcs on netsupport sometime few pcs(random) cant connet to netsupport, all firewall are off. and have not any antivirus. only have deepfreez.
my network are wireless.
