Hardware Accelerator error in Windows7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Hello My Laptop Make is Toshiba Satellite Pro C 640 Operating System is
Windows 7 Ultimate

Everytime I click on a games as simple as solitaire I get the error message Hardware acceleration is either diabled or not supported by your video card driver make sure you have the latest video card driver installed and that the hardware acceleration is turned on. :dontknow:

Have you tried to enable hardware acceleration?

Do you have 32-bit or 64-bit W7?
