Can Windows 7 64bit Home and Professional access GPT partition over 2TB?

I'm planning to use this 6TB Seagate hard drive for data.

I have a Windows 7 Professional 64bit. I went and downloaded sp 1 and reloaded windows on a 128 gig memory disk. then I took the data on the 750 gig disk and loaded up a 3 TB . Be sure that the operating system is loaded up with something with that is over 2 TBs. It is in the cmos memory or UEFI
