Just bought a new PC and decided to go with Windows 7 as my main and only OS. Had the problem with the black screen. Fixed this by running in low res then getting the drivers on.
The I had the problem with mobo drivers, incompatable OS problem. Fixed that by changing compatability to Vista.
But the problem I'm having is time it's taking forever to load my drivers.
System:
Asus P5Q3 Deluxe
Intel E8500
4 GB DDR 3 crosair
Surely the system install and installing drivers should be quite quick?
