Free download manager improperly installed

Hello. Please help?
I am trying to download SKYPE (windows 7) and received the above listed message. It also reads. "Must be re-installed properly:.Would somebody please tell me what to do?

Welcome to the W7Forums.

You might have installed FDM (Free Download Manager) sometime in the past. It monitors browser activity and starts if you are downloading something.

Probably best to uninstall it. You can re-install it if you want it.
