enabling echo reply on customized port number ?

I want to disable ping/echo reply on conventional port/icmp, which i have done.


But i want to enable echo reply on a customized port number ? how can i do that in windows 7 ?


Allowing a specific port number like 55667 to listen for ping request and then reply those echo messages.
