Outlook lacks a built-in PST file merging feature. To merge several PST files into one, you will need to use Softaken Merge PST Outlook Software, which is a third-party tool. This utility enables you to quickly consolidate multiple PST files into a single file without losing any data. It facilitates the effective merging of big files and maintains the folder structure. The utility also allows you to work with password-protected PST files and select which folders to merge, such as emails, contacts, or calendars. Like any other data file, you can open the resulting PST file in Outlook following the merger. It securely combines several Outlook PST files and provides an easy solution. This utility supports all Windows versions, like Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, XP, Vista, etc. This program can work without an MS Outlook installation.
