Sir, apparently English is not your primary language.

What you have written above makes no sense at all, nor can anyone here understand what you're trying to say.

If you would please be more accurate and try to describe the issues you're having, that will be a big help.

If you're having difficulty with the English aspect of it, then try this website for easy quick translations.

Hi spec009

It looks to me you are working with two CPU's.

  • Is this what you are suggesting above?
    • Using the first CPU the computer starts just fine.
    • Using the second CPU when starting the computer only the fans work.

Are the CPU's identical or do they have different specifications?

Which motherboard are you using?
If the CPU's are not identical, the board may not support both of the CPU's.

At this point we need to know, which motherboard and CPU's you are working with.

It seems that both CPUs should work with your motherboard. You may have a dead CPU, hopefully you can find another Socket 1156 motherboard to test it on or take the CPU to computer shop and have it tested.

Both CPU's are on the support list for the motherboard.
MSI p55-cd53 CPU Support

Which BIOS version do you have?
I noticed a few Micro code BIOS updates.
Have you updated your BIOS and then tried the second CPU?

Yeah, the MSI boards at least some of the newer ones require the RAM to be installed in the black slots first. Kind of backwards from most other motherboard manufacturers.

That's why it always helps to read the manual first before doing the build. Even I have to resort to that during the many builds I have done for myself and others.

Good to hear you got it all resolved and it's working now.
