This update is to be run on W7 machines with OFFICE STARTER installed. It is an Office Starter update. Without it, when/if the machine is upgraded to W8.x (or W10?), Starter will then not work.
I cannot post a link, but GOOGLE kb2553141 to find the MS article.
The problem is when I run this update, I get an error window:
An error occurred while running detection.
This is a W7-64 (Home Premium) machine ,,, recently restored to factory OS and fully OS/system updated,
I have run it both As Administrator and otherwise.
Starter is functioning just fine on this machine. I cannot find any info on this problem, and am at the end of my rope with it. If I can get some help on this, prayers are answered. A lot depends on being able to use OFFICE ... Starter.

(Doesn't MS offer free phone support for Update problems??? I have seen that ...somewhere).
