SOLVED Change Windows 7 Startup Sound

Has anyone figured out how to change the Windows 7 startup sound ?, i don't mind the default sound but it would be nice to change it, any help on this would be appreciated guys and girls

It's not as easy as you might expect, I wonder why they don't make it simple? Perhaps they like the sound as a Windows branding.

Now this is strange ! I can change the Windows 7 Startup Sound ... but upon reboot its back to default :dontknow: anyway i found how to turn all the system sounds within Windows off and i quite like the silence

I've got my system on silent most of the time too, unless I'm playing games
