For Win7, to change computer name:
Right-click Computer > Properties.
Advanced system settings.
Select Computer Name tab and click the 'Change' button.

For Win7, to change the location of your Documents folder:
Right-click your Documents folder > Properties.
Select the Location tab and make your changes.

According to TweakUI, one of the Microsoft Power Toys, moving a
special folder in XP is as simple as right-dragging the folder to the
new location and then selecting "Move Here" from the popup dialog.

Sorry, it's been a long time since I had XP and I've forgotten
how to change the My Documents folder path.
I think changing the computer name is something similar to Win7.
To change the registered user name you edit the registry, something
like:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
and edit the RegisteredOwner value.
