Cant find Micro SD

After updating some drivers my pc cannot locate Micro SD cards. Instead it finds M2 cards and any other USB that i put. Anybody can help me?

What type of PC/laptop is this? Just doing a quick google search, it seems to be related to Sony and M2 apparently means micro or subcompact.

Open Control Panel > Device Manager
Choose View > Devices By Connection
Find your SD Reader and Double-click, select driver Tab, see if Rollback driver is an option, if so try it.
Otherwise and more probable, try the Host Controller above it in the device chain and try to rollback that.

Reboot and see if it works.
