SOLVED Can't find file or program

Every time I try to upload videos from my dash cam I keep getting the message windows cannot find file or program to perform the task,it happening when I try to upload my camera pictures now which hasn't happened in the past.
Any ideas?

How do you upload the video to computer from dash cam?
When you connect any other storage devices to your computer is it getting detected and able to read files?
Let me know which application you use to play the video.

Hi there, it appears to have been some kind of malware which was blocking the upload process,all cleaned and sorted now,thanks for the reply.
