Can I Customize the New Folder ?

There are features I don't use (Bitmap Image, Contact, Power Point, etc.) and some (M/S Word) that prefer to move to the top, say under "Shortcut"

So, is there a way to customize this folder ?

There are several "Right-click Context Menu" editors that can do this for you. See Add, Edit, Remove Items From The Right Click Context Menu in Windows.
