Caan't install Windows Wive Essentials in Win 7

Every time I try to install Windows Live Essential it goes so far the
starts rolling back all the files and I end up with a message that says
"Try Installing Windows Live programs again. Programs were not installe
because the installation was canceled. aborted: 0x80004oo4." I've trie
multiple times, but keep getting the same message

Windows 7 Home Premium. Upgraded from Vista Home Premium on Acer AM110
with 2G of memory

It looks like you might need the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility:
