SOLVED c:/Documents and Settings /Flash player folder in Win7

I got this cheat file for a Flash Player game I like and to make it work, I have to put the cheat file in XP in c:/Documents and Settings/YourUserName/Application Data/Macromedia/Flash Player/#SharedObjects/RandomlyNamedDirectory*/localhost/
but this obviously doesn't work in Win 7.
So where do I find the folder for Micromedia/ Flash Player inside Win7? I guess it will be inside C:/Users/yYourname/AppData/ somewhere but where do I go after that? Doing a search on Flash Player/Micromedia doesnt fnd any folders.
Hopefully somebody will understand what Im talking about and help me.
