Hi, I've been getting pretty frequent bsod's while playing COD Black Ops. I think this is a driver issue, but im not sure. Here is my minidump. Any help is appreciated because the BSOD's are driving me crazy!

btw my specs r
i5-750 stock cooler
9800gtx+
MSI P55-CD53
Corsair XMS3 4gb DDR3

I did not overclock any of these things. The funny thing is that while playing black ops, I get 80 frams per second and both cpu and gpu temps are around 60, but suddenly I get BSOD. This seems like a driver issue, however I am not very sure.

Update these:

TurboB.sys Mon Nov 02 15:47:34 2009
no overclocking, maybe better uninstall it

hidusbf.sys Wed Feb 11 05:25:00 2009
USB Mouse Rate Adjuster SweetLow

Rt64win7.sys Wed Jun 23 05:10:45 2010
Realtek 8136/8168/8169 NDIS 6.20

Make sure all your hardware is set right in the bios, as recommended by the manufacturer.

To update them visit their support sites.
To uninstall -> Control Panel -> Programs and Components.

doesn't the turbob.sys come default with my processor? and wouldn't uninstalling that disable intel turboboost?

Yes, that will disable the turbo boost - do not use it for now. Uninstall this driver or update it. But NO OVERCLOCKING.

Thanks cybercore for the help! It turned out that the culprit was TurboBoost making the clock of CPU fluctuate too quickly and drop too quickly I'm guessing and making it BSOD. I went into the BIOS and disabled TurboBoost and have had no BSOD's for two days of extreme holiday gaming. The lack of turboboost didn't affect the game at all from what I can see and will keep it disabled until it is needed. So if you got an i5 or i7, the cause of your BSOD's may simply just be TurboBoost. Idk why, but that's what worked for me. Thanks everyone.

Thanks for keeping us updated and Happy 2011, may it be BSOD free!

Indeed, wrong clocks are an often causer of blue screen events. Yet, I would much recommend to update your mouse software and LAN, as their drivers are from before 7 RTM and sooner or later they will let you know they are old by resulting in another BSOD:

hidusbf.sys Wed Feb 11 05:25:00 2009
USB Mouse Rate Adjuster SweetLow

Rt64win7.sys Wed Jun 23 05:10:45 2010
