BSOD when I exit out of games

I receive a system service exception 0x3b BSOD most of the times when I exit out of games. I ran a memory test and nothing came up. Any advice on what I should do?

For starters you need to go to Windows Update and install W7 Service Pack 1.

Also, your banking software from Trusteer is known to cause BSODs, you might uninstall it and see if the issue goes away.

And check for newer video drivers http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

Whenever I try to install the service pack it always fails. Any Idea why?

If you can't install it through Windows Updates try Fix-it for Windows Updates. If it still fails then try downloading the Service Pack directly from Microsoft (be sure to get the version that matches your system, most likely "windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe"). If you download SP1 & run that exe and it gives you an error then post back with the error code.
