[SOLVED] BSOD System_Service_Exception 03B

Hello everyone, sorry for my first post being a request for help, but I am out of ideas at this time.

My situation is this.

Brand new build... only a few days old.

ASUS Rampage IV Extreme
i7 3820
1x 8gb Corsair Vengance 1600
GTX 680
OCZ 1KW PSU

Nothing is overclocked right now, I am waiting to get it stable before I start working on it.

Getting intermittent BSOD for System_Service_Exception 03B.

Dumps are attached.

I haven't run Memtest yet, not enough time to make the bootdisk with work until the weekend.

Prime95 picks up errors within seconds when running a blend test.

Drivers for graphics card have been re-installed multiple times.

The basic things to try:

1/ Offline scan for viruses/malware: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/what-is-windows-defender-offline
2/ Mem+ test: https://www.w7forums.com/memtest86-memory-testing-t9067.html
3/ Update all Video Drivers (Uninstall-> reboot -> Install)

I ended up having to change my DRAM V.

The voltage was fluctuating too much for the 1600 clock on the RAM to stay stable.

Auto mode lets the DRAM drop to 1.48V intermittently, manual mode holds a constant 1.5V, which fixed my issue.
