BSOD: System Service Exeption when playing BF3 and Skyrim

So I've been getting these a lot lately. A little backstory: I recently had a hardware problem with my Hard Drive and had to replace it and re install windows, I lost all my progress in Skyrim so am now at the very beginning. If you are familiar with the game I get the BSOD before my carriage even makes it to the gates of Helgen. This happened to me before with skyrim getting various BSs including this and I fixed it by updating my drivers.

Edit 1: I realized that these is a BSOD section. Would a mod mind moving it for me.

I'm also getting the same BSOD while playing BF3 and now i'm worried when i get around to buying Skyrim that it'll happen then to.

Hope for your sake and mine someone can find a solution!
