I have a samsung s3520 laptop 1 year 4months old running Windows 7 64x and have been having recurrent BSODs.

What I have tried so far:

I have run thorough virus checks TDSSkiller, RKill & Bitdefender full scan - nothing found.
Updated all drivers from Samsung website, including BIOS update.
Updated all other hardware.
Replaced the RAM - worked for 5 days then recurred.
Installed windows 8 sdk & debugging

Original errors were all tdx.sys
However, the latest two errors were:
btwampfl.sys (I have tried uninstalling Broadcom bluetooth driver already)
and: tcpip.sys MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS

any help would be appreciated

Make sure your AV (BitDefender) is up to date. The program, not just the virus patterns.
