I just don't know what is wrong, new MB, new memory, fresh install and constant BSOD.

Have tried everything, changed from ATI to Nvidia and still the same issues.

Installed home Premium 32bit on another drive and still crashes.

Please help!

ASUS P5P43TD/USB3 Bios upto date
OCZ-GOLD 4X2GB DDR3 1333MHZ
ATI 5770HD 1GB(primary card) or
Nvidia 8600 x 256mb just to see if it was the ATi not working.

Rest of the info is in the dx file.

Hey there.

This driver I'm assuming is for your Netgear wireless adapter. It's ancient and needs an update:
Code:
 RtNdPt60 RtNdPt60.sys Mon Dec 10 21:49:52 2007
http://kb.netgear.com/app/

----------

Uninstall your ASUS motherboard utilities as they only cause problems for the masses:
Code:
AsIO AsIO.sys Mon Aug 03 03:03:16 2009
AsUpIO AsUpIO.sys Sun Jul 05 22:21:38 2009
----------

Everything else looks to be alright. If you have a USB key inserted in the machine, remove it. One of the crash dumps referenced rdyboost.sys which is very unusual. Maybe your usb key is bad or has bad data on it.

Post new crash dumps after these things, if necessary.

----

You might want to set the bios manually with the exact voltage and timings necessary for the OCZ RAM. They always need more than standard voltage. Use CPU-Z to see which exact RAM model number you have. Then visit their site for the correct values on it. (Voltage=VDIMM)

I have checked the ram, the BIOS sets it as different values, but the voltage is ok, OCZ said leave the values as default, as I though it was the ram to start of with.

Cool. Update the Netgear driver, uninstall the ASUS utilities and hope for the best.

If it still crashes, post the dumps. I'll look at them and help ya out with the RAM settings if need be.

The Netgear driver hasn't been updated yet.

The ASUS motherboard utilities have not been uninstalled yet.

Weird, I don't have a netgear adaptor installed, and I have also uninstalled the asus utils, I'll double check it has all been removed again.

Asus update has now been removed, can't find the network card driver on the machine though.

If you don't have Netgear hardware, then the driver is for whatever wireless adapter you do have. Please visit the manufacturer's website to obtain the update for it. You can look in device manager under network adapters to see which it is.

----

If you can't figure out which software from ASUS is still installed, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder.

Rename AsIO.sys to AsIO.BAK.
Rename AsUpIO.sys to AsUpIO.BAK

Reboot.

Cool. Then go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename RtNdPt60.sys to RtNdPt60.BAK and reboot.

If it breaks networking, then rename it to original and reboot. Then let me know.

If it doesn't break networking, excellent. Leave as is.

Done, I'll see what happens, have also done a full scandisk whilst I was rebooting, hence the slow reply.:)

Well, that is a valid method to get rid of the motherboard utilities, instead of a simple uninstall of them or renaming of the drivers.

It's the fact I have to go and download everything again that is the major downfall of the reformatting.

No Asus files are showing in the drivers folder.

Ahhh, alright, you should have said so.

They're hiding in an unusual folder for drivers. Delete or rename them from C:\Windows\SysWow64\drivers
then reboot.

From the crash dump:

Code:
3: kd> lmvm asupio
start end module name

In my first post of the thread, I wrote about removing the usb stick(s) from the machine. Have you done that?

Latest crash dump, which again, shows ReadyBoost involvement:
Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck A, {fffffa7fffffffe0, 2, 1, fffff80002cfdb7f}

Probably caused by : rdyboost.sys ( rdyboost!ST_STORE<SMD_TRAITS>::StDmCurrentRegionSet+9b )

Followup: MachineOwner
