BSOD caused by the integrated Ethernet Controller?

Hi all and thanks for your help in advance.

Sometimes my LAN adapter crashs, I notice it just becouse I'm not connected anymore and a yellow triangle pop up on the application bar, above the LAN icon...

Only restarting the system I solve the problem.

Other times insted the system crashs completly with the orrible BSOD and I suppose it is caused by the same problem.

I tried to reinstall the driver but the problem persists.

Can you please help me to figure it out?

If its an asrock board check there site for latest driver
