I really like " Windows 7 Inside and Out" by Ed Bott.
It has a lot of good information in it, in fairly easy to understand terms.

The best one, in my view is "Windows 7 Inside Out," By Bott, Siechert,
and Stinson.

I think that the Que book Windows 7 In Depth by Robert Cowart and
Brian Knittel is the best of the bunch.
