Hi al posters.

I update my pc with a new Asrock mother board, Intel core i3 3.07 GHz and a new 4 GB ram (2 gb each), windows 7 64 bit, but frequently appears a blue screen error and shut off my pc.

What should i do?

Thanks a lot

Hi

Could you zip up the .dmp files in c:\windows\minidump\ and attach them so we can analyse them please. System specs would also be useful.

Can you update your networks drivers from Realtek They're alittle on the old side. If your using an antivirus could you unistall it and install Microsoft security Essentials. See if thjat solves the problem. If not we'll see what else can be updated etc.

Hello there!

Few things we have to do to fix it.

Remove Duplex Driver (sptd.sys Mon Oct 12 02:25:14 2009)

It's notorious for crashes on Windows 7. Follow this article and uninstall it http://www.duplexsecure.com/faq

Uninstall Avast and user the removal tool http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility and install Microsoft Security Essentials because SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b) sometime is caused by such software.

Enable Driver Verifier : http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...-driver-verifier-identify-issues-drivers.html

Code:
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
An exception happened while executing a system service routine.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000c0000005, Exception code that caused the bugcheck
Arg2: fffff80002bf2f8c, Address of the exception record for the exception that caused the bugcheck
Arg3: fffff88008c39240, Address of the context record for the exception that caused the bugcheck
Arg4: 0000000000000000, zero.
