Hello, today my brother got a blue screen on his TOSHIBA laptop, can you check what the cause is please?

Have you tried running Memtest86 to check that the RAM is ok?

Well for starters he needs to install service pack 1. And then check the Toshiba website for updated drivers because his are all about 4 years old.
