Would anyone recommend the best Blu-Ray player for Win7 Pro?

The first few reviews on Newegg, note hardware failures in the one
year time frame.

If they're going to design stuff to fail like that (prematurely),
they should be charging $20 for it, not $100.
Oppo is probably the best (and most expensive) on the market. Our Oppo
DVD player performs magnificently (three years without a glitch) and I
will get their BR player when our conservatory is built.

Unfortunately, Oppo players are standalone video components - not internal
drives designed for installation in a PC, which is what the OP was looking
for.

Sorry, I missed that in my zeal to mention a product that I bought that
works perfectly. You probably can't be certain these days that even a
Rolls Royce will.
