"Allow remote assistance" box checked and grayed out

Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer is greyed out in windows 7 64bit
So difficult to find out why this section of the Remote cannot be turned on or how it got turned off. I am logging in with administrator rights....Please help. Thanks!
