Although not directly related to Adobe, it's worth mentioning Secunia PSI in here, as this free little software app will make sure that you're fully patched and up to date with any known vulnerabilities. As Adobe Flash/Acrobat exploits are targeted quite quickly, this is a great bit of software to make sure you're up to date automatically:

I'm still using the Alternative Adobe Flash Updater wot I wrote about here. Scheduled to run Wednesday evening (most updates seem to hit on Wednesdays) and Saturday evenings. Takes moments to update my Firefox and IE.
