Hi All
I need some help with my daughtors laptop its a Sony vaio with no cd drive.
It seems to have locked my daughter out saying administrator locked out please consult your office administrator or something along those lines.
sometimes when i reboot it. windows tries to load but stops with the message windows could not complete the instillation. To install windows on this computer, restart the instalation, which i do but arive back with the same message. It looks to be trying to boot windows for the first time as a message shows at the bottom of the page saying this. We really need to get access to all her stuff and dont want the format.
We have the password but are no given the chance to use it.
any help will be appreciated
