I run Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Lately, started about a week ago, I am
getting messages in the Action Center down near the clock. Every time I open it
up, it's the same thing: Choose A Windows Update Option. This happens several
times a day. I keep clicking on Install Updates Automatically, which is the way
I've always done it. Why suddenly I'm being nagged constantly like this? Thanks.

Occasionally Windows settings don't stick. Try unchecking, reboot,
checking, boot. Or vice versa, depending. Dunno why this works, but it's
worth a try. Works at least 10% of the time, also with some applications
when settings won't stick.
