I put Win7 on my Netbok (Acer D150) and it runs extremely well, probably because of the extra 1GB of RAM that I put in it. It actually runs better than XP. My only gripe with having Win7 on it is that I cannot use the scroll feature on the touch pad. It's not really important but its nice to use when I am a touchpad fanatic.

Hey Goober :)

There are touchpad drivers listed on the Acer support site for the D150, and I bet that will get it working (they even written for Windows 7).

Just go to:

http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/

Then click Netbook > Aspire One > AOD150 then select your OS from the dropdown and then install the touchpad software listed below. :)

Oh wow, I was not expecting Acer to release Win7 drivers for a XP Home only release. I should have checked.

Thumbs up for Acer :)

This will definitely have me looking closer at the Acer lineup of Netbooks.
