Acer Aspire Timeline X Bluescreen

recently i bought a new laptop
it is almost 3 weeks old
and lately i've experienced 2 bluescreen crashes not knowing why
first was when i was using uniserver
secondly was when i ran an android emulator
what could be the reason?
please help

STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

Your dump file lists aswSnx.SYS as the probable cause. This is an Avast Security systems driver. A rare occurence to see that crashing a PC!
But when going through your dmp file I see you also have McAfee installed.
Therein lies your problem. Running two AV systems side by side is asking for trouble as they will always be conflicting with each other.

As a Priority:

I suggest that you uninstall McAfee through Programs and Features, then use the McAfee Removal Tool (preferably in Safe Mode) to remove the remnants it will no doubt leave behind.Let us know how it goes. If you get further problems with blue screens, attach your new dump files and details and we'll move on from there.

oh... right, i forgot about that, so much for being in an IT course.
thank you for the help, i uninstalled avast instead, and my system has been running much smoother.
