2 Types of windows 7 caption buttons.

I've just noticed that there are two types of windows 7 caption buttons.
I don't know the name of the 2 versions but i have these caption buttons

And i don't really like em' so i would like to change them to this:

so if someone could help me out I would be really thankfull.
