I would agree, and my idea of Windows 7 themes involves explorerframe, and other dll editing, not just packed themes

It contains 91 ".themepack" files, many of them with Russian filenames. And it contains a message "Torrent downloaded from http: //www. Demonoid.me".

You have to supply that txt file in order to upload to the demonoid torrent site. Otherwise they'll reject your torrent when you upload
