    I don't see anything even close to DRAM in your bios, perhaps somewhere in one of those sub-menus? If crashes re-occur, contact technical support.

    Check your minidump folder at C:\Windows\Minidump. Attach the .dmp files. Update drivers starting with the keyboard's.

    How? It's not the same for all bioses, usually under Dram options. Setup defaults should autoset it right. If not, you need to adjust manually. Take the effort to figure this out or go ahead screenshot the entire bios setup so I could try to figure out how it works in your case.
