I've been working on some stuff for my upcoming convention and there's a nagging little problem when I open Word files. It opens two windows, one blank and one showing the file. Whassup with that? How do I restrict it to just opening the relevant window?

Well, I fiddle-fartin' again and figured I'd pose this question again, since it still happens and it's irritating.

In the toolbar ribbon at the top of Word, there is a tab called "View" if its selected to view "Two Pages" that will happen. Change it to view "One Page" and it should be the way you want it to be.

Not sure what I did, but it's fixed. The "two pages" notation was in the "zoom" section, but the glitch was in the "window" section. Word 2010.
