Win 7 is very good at installing all the drivers you will need.
The only problem may be if have any USB hardware that does not quite meet "full standards compliance".

Example: I have a 16GB Pen Drive that I bought at a low price from Future Shop, Win 7 does not quite know what to do with it since there are no drivers for it in the Microsoft database. So Win 7 will not boot if it is plugged in and it disappears as a valid device after resuming from sleep mode.

Other than this, you may have to restart and update Win 7 TWICE to get all the necessary drivers.

You shouldn't need any drivers, but on the off chance you do here's the page for your specific motherboard. Your CPU definitely does support 64bit, but I'd recommend adding more memory before choosing it over 32bit, unless you plan to do so sometime in the future.
