I applied the update below and got the following results:

December 2011 cumulative time zone update for Windows operating systems
Installation date: ‎12/‎14/‎2011 12:00 PM
Installation status: Failed
Error details: Code 8E5E03FA
Update type: Important

Does anyone know how I can fix the problem or where to go to
get help. I'd appreciate any help.

I tried http://support.microsoft.com but can't navagate to the right spot for help.

Best to set a Restore Point before doing anything.
