Windows Recovery Help

Hello, every time i start my pc i get to choose between Windows 7 startup and recovery wizard (i think that is the name) and Start Windows Normally.
Windows works fine, i just keep getting that message. Can someone pls tell me how to disable the startup and recovery wizard? Thx

Run a command prompt as administrator, then issue CHKDSK C: /F, then restart.
