Windows Live has been around for a while now. I had it on XP Pro, and now on Windows 7. There is one feature (mabye the movie maker) that's unavailable on XP. That was the first I've seen of Windows Plus. Must not have been a worthwhile program.

Plus wasn't as well known as live was guys but i knew of the plus.. and it had neat features like 3d labyrinth and astro bowling and some added features that kinda made it a little more interesting to work with,, but since i switched to win 7 ultimate ive not needed that XD
