Hi. I need to download the latest version of windows live. Specifically, I need Windows Live Mail and Windows Live Messenger.

I need direct links. I have a slow internet connection and using the web installer from the default live site is impossible for me.

Can someone provide me with the direct links?

The problem is that what they give you here:
http://download.live.com/

is an application that will download the components by itself. I need a direct link to the programs, so I can download them with Flashget or something.

You can just select the programs that you need, and not mess with the rest. I don't have the toolbar, family safety or movie maker. I have no idea of how you can direct link each component. There is one place you can try, File Hippo. Everytime I do a scan for updated programs, it offers me Messenger. And BTW, becko, welcome to the forum! I hope that you will find the site useful, if you ever have a question, feel free to post anytime.

That's cool! It's all good!

That's just the way it is with the download. You might try: www.download.com

I just realized that in the site http://download.live.com/ after you the Download button, there is a Try Again button which lets you download the standalone.
