Hi
From today im getting this message in Windows Experience Index when i re-run assessment or refresh .before this was fine .
"Cannot complete assessment.
The assessment or other operation did not complete successfully.this is due to an error being reported from the operating system, driver or other component."
Any advice..............

Sorry, I must have missed this post. Have you changed any hardware since you got this error message?

I've done a google and quite a few people have this problem with nVidia graphics cards for some reason. Updating the graphics drivers might sort the problem.

Same here, what I should have said is that lots of people with that error have nvidia graphics cards... but not everyone with an nvidia graphics card has that problem
