Well, I'm sure you'll agree here, it's best done by Microcenter. Take it
back.

You sound as if you don't have much experience of installing operating
systems. Don't dive in with such a serious problem; take it back.

Thats why I had them do it. It would be just my luck to let the SMOKE
out of the BOX!
The first machine I ever had was equiped with RESTORE!
As long as I didn't drop it down the stairs it would be restored to
the way it was the day I bought it.
I still have that Compaq Presario 7180 with Win95.
