Personally, I prefer building my own custom toolbar from scratch.
1. Create an empty folder somewhere out of the way and name it whatever
you want as your toolbar title. (Lacking any imagination, I call mine
"Toolbar.")
2. Fill the folder with shortcuts to whatever files you want listed on
your toolbar.
3. Add the folder to the taskbar as a new toolbar.
