windows 7 safe mode

installed windows 7 64 bit was the update from vista home premium installed on thur oct 22 used for abou ta week updated all drivers now pc stuck in safe mode wont come out. tried everything.went to a earlier version still in safe mode tried the f8 still in safe mode.

Does this mean you used System Restore?

If system restore did not work:

1) Do you know which driver updates were applied?
Try using something like CCLEANER (free app) which will list all your installed software. Find recent driver updates and disable or delete them.

2) Go to your hardwares websites to see if they have Win 7 drivers. Re-Install if they do.
