If you have a recovery partition, you should be able to boot the partition by marking it as the active partition. You can use a third party bootable partition media to change the active partition.

After you have completed the recovery, you may find that you are in a bootup loop taking you to the recovery partition. If this happens use the third party partitioning software and change the active partition back to where it was when you started.
