When I open a picture in any other program it looks fine, but if I open the picture in Win7 photo viewer it looks a little diffrent, it changes the saturation or something... How can I change this?

Uh... Torrent, Did my message get delete when you merged?

Anyway, from the look of your screenshot, it seems that it's just the background color of Windows Photo Viewer makes a stronger contrast against the image.
AND it could also be possible that your image is semi-transparent, making slight color changes of the background more visible on the actual image.

Thats a possibility I was wondering about.

What image format does this picture have?
Does it do this for all images that you open?

Try going to Control Panel | Color Management | Advanced

and altering settings there. I dunno, I never needed this so I can't say what or how.

Just mentioning the possibility.

This issue may occur because an incorrect color profile is used for the monitor device in the Color Management setting.

1. Control Panel->Hardware and Sound->Color Management
2. Select your display device
3. Check the box “Use my setting for this device”
4. Click Add
5. Choose “sRGB IEC61966-2.1” (this is the color profile that IE is using)
6. Set it as default.

NOTE: I had to reboot before the fix was effective.

Source: Why do my photos have an odd color cast in the Photo Gallery (but look fine in the XP Picture and Fax Viewer and IE)?
