Network card drivers for Windows 7 can sometimes be hard to find, primarily because if they aren't present in the installation DVD database then it is often difficult to connect to the internet to download the correct software. It is strongly recommended that you download the appropriate driver software for your network adaptor before installing Windows 7.

Most network adaptors (wired or wireless) will be from one of the following manufacturers, so you should be able to download the appropriate drivers from their support section:

3COM
Belkin
Broadcom
D-Link
Gigabyte
Intel
LinkSys
Netgear
Realtek
SIS
VIA
